Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and professional Counselor to provide guidance and support to students/clients. The ideal candidate will help individuals navigate personal, academic, or career-related challenges, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students/clients.
Assist in personal, academic, or career-related decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality of all sessions and records.
Identify and address potential challenges or issues early.
Develop and implement strategies to support individual development and well-being.
Coordinate with faculty, parents, or other relevant stakeholders as needed.
Maintain accurate records of sessions, follow-ups, and progress.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of counseling experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
Good organizational skills for maintaining records and follow-ups.
Proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
