Job Description

  • Manage daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and support counseling and administrative teams.
  • Ensure student inquiries, applications, and follow-up processes are handled efficiently.
  • Monitor and help achieve branch admission targets and overall office goals.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Branch Director related to admissions, inquiries, and financials.
  • Coordinate with partner universities, service vendors, and internal departments.
  • Handle escalated client/student issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain proper inventory of office supplies, marketing materials, and official documents.
  • Oversee documentation, agreements, contracts, and ensure compliance with consultancy standards and policies.
  • Ensure that customer service standards are maintained consistently.
  • Support marketing and promotional events as needed.
