We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Counselor to join our team at Mandala Sutra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, providing guidance, and effectively closing deals. The role involves thorough knowledge of our services and products, along with excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain communication with prospective clients through calls.
• Provide personalized counseling to clients based on their individual needs, using provided data to guide conversations and decisions.
  
• Effectively communicate with clients via calls, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
  
• Training will be provided but should possess learning attitude and should have growing mentality.
• Help clients set and achieve long-term goals, fostering an ambitious and future-oriented mindset.
  
• Provide accurate information about our services and products.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction and prompt responses.
• Build strong relationships with clients to close deals effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet sales and service goals.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions.

• After three years of successful counseling, eligible candidates will receive sponsorship for permanent residency (PR) globally.

Salary: 

• No salary bar for the deserving candidates. The commission will be provided based on the performance of the candidates.
