• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of clients. 
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali, both written and spoken, to ensure clear and effective interaction with clients, promoting understanding and trust.
• Establish and maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for clients, fostering a strong counselor-client relationship. 
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, progress, and client information, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and educational institutions, to provide holistic solutions and referrals when necessary.
