Job Description

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of clients.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali, both written and spoken, to ensure clear and effective interaction with clients, promoting understanding and trust.
Establish and maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for clients, fostering a strong counselor-client relationship.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, progress, and client information, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.
Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and educational institutions, to provide holistic solutions and referrals when necessary.
