Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Counsellor Officer to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.

Typical responsibilities include:

Providing counseling face to face, over the telephone, or online
Working with individuals, families, or groups
Know adequate knowledge of the application and Visa services.
Owns good knowledge about all the different universities, fees and courses they are providing.
Keeping confidential records
Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients
Listening to clients' concerns, empathizing with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way.

Preference will be given to the candidate
a. Either, who had worked as a Counselor.
b. Or, who had worked in Educational Consultancy in any Designation but able to do counselling for abroad study.
c. Or Foreign graduates
