Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provides emotional and personal support to employees through one-to-one counseling and home visits as necessary
Assists employees to access necessary services outside of the office for mental health care
Works with management to evaluate employees with workplace performance issues and develop customized performance improvement plans
Implements educational programs and activities that promote mental health in the workplace
Supports managers and supervisors in dealing with challenging employees and workplace stress
Other related tasks

Note: Only candidates with a long-term commitment to the role will be considered PT or FT roles possible

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Post-graduate Diploma (PGD) in Counseling Psychology, Masters in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling Psychology preferred

Required Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly proficient in English
Empathetic and a good listener
Basic knowledge of relevant therapeutic core skills and modalities
Experience working with vulnerable populations
Ability to work on your own initiative and stay organized with record keeping and documentation
