  • Empathetic and a good listener
  • Basic knowledge of relevant therapeutic core skills and modalities
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations 
  • Ability to work on your own initiative

Job Description

  • Provides emotional and personal support to employees through one-to-one counseling
  • Works with management to evaluate employees with workplace performance issues and develop customized performance improvement plans 
  • Implements educational programs and activities that promote mental health in the workplace   
  • Supports managers and supervisors in dealing with challenging employees and workplace stress
  • Other related tasks
