• Should handle both undergraduate and postgraduate cases of the student
• Should be able to provide shortlisting of the Universities according to the individual profile of the students
• Should be able to work with the students of different age groups and deal with their parents as well
• Should guide students through the overall online application process
• Should have fluent written and spoken English
• Should have fair knowledge regarding country specific visa process
