Should have knowledge of different IT courses which is in demand in the market
Should have good communication, strong interpersonal and corresponding skills to deal with people
Should have excellent English both verbal and written
Should have excellent knowledge in writing emails, proposals, contracts
Must be quick learner, hardworking and pleasing personality
Must be dynamic, flexible, result oriented
Should have good managerial quality
Should have documentation knowledge
Should be punctual

Provide accurate information and customized advice regarding different IT courses and their career scope
Identify every potential client and achieve high conversions rate
Respond to students' queries and worries
Document student inquiries
Follow through on student inquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as required
Provide general administrative and clerical support and assist account officer in payment processing
Take in-house training and ongoing self-learning to equip oneself with a comprehensive industry knowledge
Maintain a sustainable network with educational institutions to establish long-term partnerships
Get feedback from students and coordinate with teachers
Participate in different marketing events and activities
Support other marketing events and administrative activities
