Job Description

Career Counseling: Conduct one-on-one sessions with students or clients to assess their interests, skills, strengths, and aspirations. Provide guidance on suitable career paths, academic programs, and professional development opportunities.
Educational Planning: Assist students in developing personalized educational plans based on their career goals and academic capabilities. Help them select appropriate courses, majors, or programs that align with their interests and future aspirations.
College/University Selection: Guide students through the college/university selection process, including researching and evaluating institutions, understanding admission requirements, and providing information on available scholarships, financial aid, and admission deadlines.
Application Support: Support students in completing and submitting college/university applications, ensuring all necessary documents, essays, and recommendation letters are included. Offer assistance in preparing for entrance exams, such as IELTS ,PTE,SAT, ACT or GRE.
Student Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for students by identifying and addressing their individual needs and concerns.
Educational Resources: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education sector, including advancements in academic programs, scholarships, and career opportunities. Provide relevant information and resources to students, parents, and educational institutions.
Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, or information sessions for students and parents on various educational topics, including study skills, time management, career exploration, and college admissions.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, employers, and other relevant stakeholders in the education industry. Attend conferences, career fairs, and networking events to stay connected and expand professional contacts.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, including counseling sessions, assessment results, and academic progress. Prepare reports or documentation as required by educational institutions or regulatory bodies.
