Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Managing day to day operation
Office management, operation and administration
Assists in various business process as and when required by the executives
Researches, compiles, assimilates, and prepares confidential and sensitive documents, and briefs the administrator or executive regarding content
Produces a variety of documents, charts, and graphs in final form
Compiles and maintains records, statistical information, and reports
Maintains electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Keeps track of the tasks at hand

Note: Candidates will be counselling for Australia and Japan

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor degree completed
Should have experience in the relevant field
Fluent in both speaking and written English or Japanese
Computer friendly (MS office and internet etc)
Documentation handling capability
Should have ability to coordinate with the team
Good interpersonal communication skill is a must
