Counselor is responsible to deliver quality services; Counseling(s), HIV testing, comprehensive care, data management from AHF collaborative ART clinic. S/he should also coordinate/collaborate with health care professionals, PLHIV and KPs network(s) while delivering the services for better outcomes. 

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Intermediate (Proficiency Certificate) in General Medicine (Health Assistant) or Nursing (Staff Nurse) from recognized institution and registered in concerned professional council
• At least one years of experience in similar position. 
• Must have basic knowledge of National HIV/AIDS program, Counseling and data management. 
• Ability to interact with technical experts and experience of working with Government Systems and Structures and support to facilitate continued medical education, treatment literacy and technical working group meetings at the assigned clinic/location. 
• Collaborate with other health care professionals (medical officer, nurse, social worker, community health care worker, home-based caregiver, and psychologist) to adhere treatment protocol adopted by Nepal Government
• Workable knowledge of English with proficiency in MS-Office package, using E-mail.
• Ability to follow directions and multi-tasker.
• Ability to respect organizational confidentiality.
