Job Description

  • Conduct regular in-person counselling sessions for residents at the Residential Home as and when required, generally one to two/three times a week, depending upon the requirement.
  • Provide tele-counselling support to GWT staff members upon request.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all counselling interactions.
  • Coordinate with the Residential Home management for scheduling the sessions.
  • Provide sessions for GWT staff during the training as/when required.
