Job Description

Academic Routes Education Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding students and parents in making informed decisions about overseas education by providing accurate information on universities, courses, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions with students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.
Assist students in shortlisting suitable programs based on academic background, career goals, and financial capacity.
Provide guidance on admission requirements, application procedures, scholarships, and visa processes.
Support students throughout the application and documentation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents to ensure smooth progress.
Advise students on visa documentation, compliance, and interview preparation.
Participate in counseling events, workshops, and promotional activities to represent the consultancy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
