Job Description

Global Service Travel is looking for a motivated candidate to fill the role of Correspondence/Sales Executive in the Travel Agents/Tour Operators industry.


  • Handle customer inquiries and respond to emails/calls in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Generate leads and increase sales volume
  • Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action
  • Ensure customer satisfaction levels are met
