Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Correspondence Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Correspondence Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and correspondence for our recruitment clients, both locally and internationally. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who possess a Bachelor's degree and has a strong command of English, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to local and international policies and compliances related to human rights and forced labor.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all communication with clients and candidates via email, letters, and phone calls.
  • Draft and prepare professional correspondences, including offer letters, employment contracts, and visa applications.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all correspondence for future reference.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents and information.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international policies and regulations related to human rights and forced labor.
  • Communicate with clients and candidates, providing updates on recruitment progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries promptly.
  • Continuously update and improve correspondence templates and procedures for better efficiency and effectiveness.
