About the job

  • Correspond with clients via email, phone, and other communication channels to provide information about outbound tour packages, itineraries, and travel arrangements.
  •  Coordinate with tour operators, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth execution of outbound tours.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients regarding their travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and send out tour confirmation emails, booking confirmations, and other relevant documentation to clients.
  • Assist in the creation of customized tour packages based on clients' preferences and budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments using CRM software or other database systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for outbound tours.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and visa requirements to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the tour booking process.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the travel or tourism industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software or database management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of international travel regulations, visa procedures, and destination-specific information.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client bookings and documentation.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Passion for travel and enthusiasm for promoting outbound tour packages to clients.
