About the job

We are seeking a Corporate Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and informative training programs on various banking and finance topics, such as trade finance, treasury management, risk management, and credit research. This hybrid role is based in Kathmandu, with some flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on finance-related topics.
Develop and update training materials to ensure they are current and relevant.
Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, adapting content to different learning styles.
Collaborate with the academic team to ensure alignment of training content with course objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in finance education.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of finance, investment, accounting, risk management, and banking with at least a 10 year of industry exposure.
Experience in delivering training programs on finance-related topics.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to adapt training content to different learning styles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in instructional design and development of training materials.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Professional certifications in finance or training (e.g., CFA, CTDP) are a plus.
