Job Description

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and initiatives. This role includes creating impactful CSR plans, programs, and strategies to address societal, environmental, and ethical responsibilities while aligning with the company’s goals. The CSR Manager will work collaboratively across departments and external stakeholders to foster a culture of responsibility and community engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Designation: CSR Manager
  • Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
  • Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM): Sunday to Friday
  • Travel Requirements: Frequent travel required for conducting events

    Key Responsibilities:

    CSR Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and execute the company’s comprehensive CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals.
    • Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder consultations to identify key areas of social impact and community engagement.
    • Design annual CSR plans, including goals, budgets, and timelines for various initiatives.
    • Monitor industry trends and global best practices to enhance the company’s CSR framework

    CSR Program Development and Implementation:

    • Plan and execute CSR programs focused on areas such as education, health, environment, livelihood development, and community welfare.
    • Organize workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns for employees and community stakeholders.
    • Evaluate and report on the progress, outcomes, and impact of CSR initiatives.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain detailed records of CSR activities, including program designs, impact assessments, and financial expenditures.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual CSR performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards related to CSR.

    Collaboration and Team Leadership:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR initiatives into the company’s broader objectives.
    • Lead a team or volunteers in executing CSR projects and events.
    •  Provide training and awareness sessions for employees on the company’s CSR policies and programs.
