To search tender notice and collect the related information
To review the demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
To clarify bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
To monitor the bid management in order to ensure its alignment with the requirement
To assist in Cost and price calculation
To co-ordinate in tender reviews and deadlines
To demonstrate product in accordance with procedures
To answer queries with regard to product specifications, pricing and payment methods
To monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity
To follow up with the marketing team
To maintain and develop good relationship with corporate houses, banks etc. through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc
To generate reports on monthly basis and provide timely feedback to the Senior Manager
