Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a corporate relationship officer at Classic Tech in Kathmandu.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Billing: Ensure accurate and timely billing for corporate clients, addressing any discrepancies.
Renewals and Contracts: Manage and process contract renewals, prepare agreements, and maintain documentation.
Payment Sales: Facilitate and monitor client payments while maintaining proper financial records.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with corporate clients to finalize terms, resolve issues, and close agreements.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Account Oversight: Monitor client accounts, provide updates, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Issue Resolution: Handle client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive relationship.
Reporting: Create and share reports on billing, payments, and customer feedback with the management team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounts, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in finance, accounts, or a similar role (experience in the ISP sector is a plus).
License: A valid vehicle license is mandatory.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and perform well under pressure.
