  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business Studies
  • At least 2 years’ work experience in corporate sector
  • Should have sales & marketing experience gathered from Insurance Companies, Banks or Financial Institutions, or other corporate houses
  • Any prior experience of Group Personal Accidental/Medical/Corporate Sales department in Life/Non-Life Insurance shall be preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong relationship and knowledge of Nepalese corporate sector 
  • Good Knowledge of Word, Excel And PowerPoint
  • Capable of understanding the features of the Insurance Product and good Presentation/Facilitation/Training Skills of the same 
  • Strong Convincing Power And Negotiating skills
  • Confident And Capable Of Presenting the findings to Senior Management
  • Good Communication Skills Both Written and Spoken in English and Nepali

Job Description

  • Responsible to identify the potential corporate clients, arrange meeting and promote the products and build relationship with corporate houses,
  • Prepare and send business proposals to the prospective corporate clients,
  • Track proposals sent and follow up on regular basis,
  • Ensure that the quality of service provided by the department is in line with the corporate standard,
  • Conducting training, presentation, seminar, conference for business promotion,
  • Develop and execute the overall business strategy and implement innovative ideas to expand client base and business volume,
  • Develop effective lines of communication with the various departments,
  • Conduct periodic market survey with regards to product and services rendered by competitors and carry out comparative analysis,
  • Focus on after sales service to maintain excellent relationship with the clients,
  • Prepare and submit related reports to his or her supervisor.
  • Make a suitable travel (inside/outside valley) plan as per the requirement of the department to explore and expand the business of the company,
  • Perform required administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.
