Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest Management : 

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as per company protocols.
  • Notify relevant staff about visitor arrivals promptly.
  • Provide necessary information regarding company policies, facilities, and services.

Call Handling & Communication : 

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Take and relay messages accurately to the concerned department or personnel.
  • Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory for the reception area.
  • Support HR or administrative teams with clerical tasks when required.

Facility & Security Coordination : 

  • Ensure security procedures are followed at the front desk.
  • Coordinate with security personnel for access control.
  • Monitor cleanliness and orderliness in the reception area.

Event & Hospitality Management :

  • Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and guest visits.
  • Arrange refreshments and other requirements for visitors and meetings.
