Roles and Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest Management :

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as per company protocols.
Notify relevant staff about visitor arrivals promptly.
Provide necessary information regarding company policies, facilities, and services.

Call Handling & Communication :

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
Take and relay messages accurately to the concerned department or personnel.
Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Administrative Support

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Assist in scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and appointments.
Maintain office supplies inventory for the reception area.
Support HR or administrative teams with clerical tasks when required.

Facility & Security Coordination :

Ensure security procedures are followed at the front desk.
Coordinate with security personnel for access control.
Monitor cleanliness and orderliness in the reception area.

Event & Hospitality Management :

Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and guest visits.
Arrange refreshments and other requirements for visitors and meetings.

Qualifications & Education

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Additional certification in office administration, customer service, or secretarial work is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a corporate receptionist or front desk.
Experience working in a multinational company or technology sector is an advantage.
