  • Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

  • Preferred : Convincing and Negotiable skills,knowledge of Realstate business.
  • Experience as corporate marketing executive in related field.
  • Excellent communication in English and Nepali

Job Description

  • Visit and approach to Financial institutions, corporate houses,NGO,INGO,Government offices,Hospitals,Professionals and promoting products for lead generation.
  • Establishing, promoting and maintaining company’s brand to generate business.
  • Build and maintain relationship with clients.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and marketing report. (Daily,Weekly & Monthly )
  • Regular Followup with clients to generate sales.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly Sales Plan to generate lead.
  • Necessary site visit for client.
