Sagoon is a Social Commerce platform in the gifting domain. We help bring the beauty of gifting emotions with loved ones. We are looking for a Corporate Gifting Executive to join our team. This role involves managing and expanding our corporate gifting division, working with businesses to create unique and meaningful gifts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a creative environment and build strong relationships with corporate clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote our gifting solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing & content teams to create attractive corporate gift packages.
• Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and manage orders from inception to delivery.
• Overlook business orders, client inquiries, provide product information, co-ordination, invoicing and manage order from inception to delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of corporate gifts, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to corporate clients.
• Organize and participate in corporate events and trade shows to promote our products.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback to the management team.
