Sagoon is a Social Commerce platform in the gifting domain. We help bring the beauty of gifting emotions with loved ones. We are looking for a Corporate Gifting Executive to join our team. This role involves managing and expanding our corporate gifting division, working with businesses to create unique and meaningful gifts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a creative environment and build strong relationships with corporate clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote our gifting solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing & content teams to create attractive corporate gift packages.
Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and manage orders from inception to delivery.
Overlook business orders, client inquiries, provide product information, co-ordination, invoicing and manage order from inception to delivery.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of corporate gifts, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present proposals and contracts to corporate clients.
Organize and participate in corporate events and trade shows to promote our products.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback to the management team.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in corporate sales in e-commerce or gifting business.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Passion and interest in the gifting industry is a plus.
Valid driver’s license(2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
