Must have 12 years of experience Corporate Financial Sector with 8 years on Senior level.
Must be an expert in VAT/Tax/Audit in Trading/Civil Construction Company
Experience in Fact/Swastik accounting software preferred
Experience in Trading Company is mandatory for consideration
Good leadership and supervision skill
Should have knowledge of VAT and TAX system as per policies of Govt. of Nepal
Should be proficient in Office package
Should be result oriented, and self motivated
Ability to work under pressure situation
Must have good computer skills
Must have good personality

Preffered Qualification:

MBA/CA Background

Job Description

Develop financial Planning and tax strategies
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting, and accounting control procedures
Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
Arrange for debt financing
Resolve accounting discrepancies
Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems
Represent the company with investment Banker and investors
Other duties as assigned
