Reporting to: Manager, Corp Comm, South Asia (SA) Corporate Communications and Director, /Nepal Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing and Implementing Brand-building for Nepal. To closely work with CorpComm Manager, Team Leader and CBU heads for the same.
- Media-Management and Press relations - Enhance key media relations in Nepal.
- Maintaining and Regularly updating Nepal Media List and Events List
- Identify speakership opportunities for company spokespersons in External Industry Events
- Liaise with Industry Bodies/ External Events Organizers for knowledge partnership opportunities
- Search, monitor and analyze company’s media presence in the region. Record the same in relevant formats
- Track Upcoming Company Research Services/ MIs for the region across CBUs and develop a campaign around the same;
- In charge of several internal databases: development, maintenance and coordination including media leads, sales leads, delegate leads.
- Coordinate with Industry Managers and the Analysts for on time release of articles/ inputs/ features to the media
- Company’s Award Banquets & Summits – Support the CBUs/ Events Team and handle award promotion deliverables. To review communications collateral for award banquets and summits. These include presentations, brochures and advertisements for external and internal events.
- Active involvement in Company events right from the drawing board stage to the successful completion of the event if required.
- Forge alliances with conference organizers, associations, publishing houses, and other relevant promotional message carriers, to boost cross-marketing arrangements if required.
- Participation in/contribution to regular global corporate communications team meetings and teleconferences.
- Strategize the media participation and partnership for Company’s Award Banquets, Summits
- Network and liaise with clients and potential clients for value added activities like interviews and briefings.
- Active participation in the global Corp-Comm team operations.
- Delivery of weekly status report (WSR) and MOPs report and regular achievement analysis every month in the format followed in the region.
- Complete any additional activities necessary to fulfill the objectives of the position efficiently
