  • Develop content for the company’s website and social media handles
  • Contribute technical and logistical expertise to the Strategic and Operational planning
  • Oversee and assist Customer Service team in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints
  • Ensure that the Marketing Team adhere to company standards, policies and guidelines
