Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Advisory Officer (Mid-Level) to support the execution of strategic financial advisory services for corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation techniques, and deal structuring, with the ability to contribute to client engagements across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial models, company valuations, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.
  • Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, capital restructuring, and transaction advisory assignments.
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and reports for corporate advisory mandates.
  • Conduct industry research and financial benchmarking to support advisory engagements.
  • Collaborate with legal, tax, and technical experts for integrated deal structuring.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to collect data, understand business needs, and present findings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the execution of advisory transactions.
  • Support senior team members in business development activities and preparation of proposals.
  • Assist in internal reporting and documentation of ongoing mandates.
