Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Advisory Officer (Mid-Level) to support the execution of strategic financial advisory services for corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation techniques, and deal structuring, with the ability to contribute to client engagements across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial models, company valuations, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.
Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, capital restructuring, and transaction advisory assignments.
Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and reports for corporate advisory mandates.
Conduct industry research and financial benchmarking to support advisory engagements.
Collaborate with legal, tax, and technical experts for integrated deal structuring.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to collect data, understand business needs, and present findings.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the execution of advisory transactions.
Support senior team members in business development activities and preparation of proposals.
Assist in internal reporting and documentation of ongoing mandates.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, investment banking, and financial statement analysis.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to corporate finance in Nepal (SEBON, Company Act, etc.).

Experience

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, or a related role.
Prior experience in corporate valuation, deal structuring, or transaction advisory is highly preferred.
Experience working with clients across sectors including banking, manufacturing, infrastructure, or services will be an advantage.
