Job Description

Oversee the daily functioning of the center, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staff coordination.
Support and supervise teachers in implementing the EuroKids curriculum.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on children’s progress.
Plan and coordinate parent-teacher meetings and community events.
Manage student admissions and enrollment processes.
Maintain accurate records, including attendance, health records, and incident reports.
Conduct regular assessments to ensure the quality of education and care provided.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve the center’s offerings.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
