Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-School In-Charge to lead and manage our pre-school section, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the pre-school
Manage and mentor teaching and support staff
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
Ensure child safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times
Maintain effective communication with parents and management
Handle admissions, records, and compliance with school policies

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in Education or a related field
More than 3 years of work experience as Pre-School In-Charge with IEYC trained
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both English and Nepali
Sound computer skills and technological knowledge
Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
Versatile, cool-tempered, organized and proactive

Salary: As per qualifications and experience.
