Job Description

The Coordinator will contribute to the achievement of sales targets of Shine products, by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good dealer relationships. S/He will be responsible to set target for sales teams and coordinate with supply chain department to maintain the inventory as per the sales projection. In addition, the Coordinator will support in achieving high performance from the sales team.

Detailed tasks:

  • Assign sales target of Shine Products’ to sales staff
  • Track the target of each member of the sales team and report to the management
  • Prepare order information in coordination with Go-down team
  • Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
  • Ensure orders are processed according to dealers’ requirements, and ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with other department to maintain supplies of Shine products and sales promotion materials
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the accounts department.
  • Monitor the day to day retail track of the Sunshine sales team via DeltaSalesApp.
  • Generate reports about daily party visit and send it to the Management.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2 or more years’ experience in sales.
  • Proven working experience in trading companies
