Duty Station: Kathmandu with 50% field visits to remote districts.

Qualification and work experiences:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with 5 years or master's Degree with 2 years experience in organization development, capacity building, and strategy development.
• Skill, knowledge, and experience in fundraising and proposal development.
• Experience in communication and coordination with I/NGOs and government agencies.
• Project design, planning, implementation, monitoring,
• Skills in lobbying and advocacy.  
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Main Responsibilities:

• Overall coordination among the Member Organisations  (MOs) and support to proposal writing, donor linkage, capacity enhancement, and good governance.
• Support to prepare strategic and sustainability plans for MOs.
• Overall coordination, Planning, Implementation, Monitoring, and Follow-up project activities in project areas.
•  Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the Sanjal Board and funding partners.
• Design and facilitate the Organisational development process of NGOs and CBOs and PME training as per project needs.
• Explore funding organizations inside and outside Nepal and develop project proposals.
• Share call or Expression of Interest (EOI) and circulate to the MOs.
• Supervise staff members and carry out performance reviews.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders for project execution.
