Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee the daily functioning of the center, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staff coordination.
Support and supervise teachers in implementing the EuroKids curriculum.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on children’s progress.
Plan and coordinate parent-teacher meetings and community events.
Manage student admissions and enrollment processes.
Maintain accurate records, including attendance, health records, and incident reports.
Conduct regular assessments to ensure the quality of education and care provided.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve the center’s offerings.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.

Note: Candidates with previous similar experience in EuroKids will be given priority.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1 year in a leadership or administrative role.
Strong understanding of child development principles and EuroKids curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
Collaborative and able to work effectively with a diverse team.
