Job Description

Contracts Manager shall be responsible for taking a lead role in commercial and contract management, conducting meetings in relation all EPC contractual matters. Contract Manager shall coordinate and solve the contractual matters with the Owner and Subcontractors, manage & prepare any letters, documents relevant to commercial / contract / insurance / claims issues, etc. Communicate with other teams within the project providing commercial advice when required as well as understanding and execution of EPC contract (FEDIC). Contract Manager shall also be responsible for conducting reviews of project budgets and cost control, and contract administration during the execution of the Contract. 

Requirements:

  • Must have completed Bachelor’s degree, Masters degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience preferably in Hydropower Projects
  • Must have excellent planning and monitoring skills
  • Professional proficiency in the English language
  • Coordinate & Review all contract documents and project agreement for execution
  • Willing to work and reside at site
