At least 10 years of experience in road and integrated solid waste management Project.
Bachelor in Civil Engineering

Oversee the entire contract management process, from the initial bidding process to the post-award phase.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful contract negotiations and completion.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor and report on contract progress and performance.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
Manage the contract change process and provide guidance and direction to project teams.
Provide guidance and training to project teams on contract management best practices.
Prepare and present reports on contract performance and progress.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Analyze and resolve contract disputes.
