Roles and responsibilities of this job

Qualifications and Work Experience:

Minimum BBS or BBA completed or above.
Minimum 1 year or above experience

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with International and National firms and clients on contract/project-related matters.
Provide logistics support and coordinate field/site visits for principal companies.
Coordinate with principal companies and clients on contract/project-related activities and keep track of project progress.
Plan and implement project-related activities for the smooth execution of the project.
Follow up for statutory approvals, project payments, custom duty exemptions, letters of credit, various permits, etc. at government offices for principal companies.
Assistant principal companies for International Expats for work permits, visa applications, etc.
Prepare and maintain files/records of contract-related documents.
Facilitate and liaise for project-related workshops, seminars and trainings for principal companies.
Work closely with consultants/clients and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet the target.
Work closely and maintain healthy relations with the team members, principal companies, and clients to monitor project progress and execution of the project.

Note:

Candidates must have a valid Driving License
A two-Wheeler holder will be preferred
