Roles and responsibilities of this job

Reports to: Marketing Lead/Founder

Role Overview

Own the full content lifecycle—research → strategy → writing → scripting → publishing → performance—across website, blog, email/SMS, and social. You will ensure accuracy on spiritual topics, maintain brand voice, and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Strategy: Build briefs from keyword and audience research; define objectives, angles, and outlines.
Web & Long-Form Writing: Write/refresh website pages, product detail pages, landing pages, and blogs with clear structure, CTAs, and on-page SEO.
Scriptwriting: Develop short/long-form video scripts (reels, explainers, testimonials, founder bytes) based on research and product insights.
Editorial Management: Own the content calendar, create/assign briefs, edit for clarity and compliance, manage approvals, and update evergreen content.
SEO & Analytics: Execute on-page SEO (metadata, internal links, schema/FAQ). Track rankings, CTR, read time, and conversions; report monthly.
Governance: Maintain style guide, glossary, and tone; ensure cultural/religious accuracy and avoid unsubstantiated claims.
CMS & Ops: Publish via Shopify CMS; manage assets, naming, and versioning; coordinate with design, video, CX, and performance teams.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

3–5 years in content writing/content management (e-commerce or wellness/spirituality preferred).
Exceptional command of English; Nepali/Hindi a plus.
Demonstrated ability to turn research into clear copy and scripts with strong hooks.
Editorial judgment and rigorous fact-checking.

Skills & Tools:

SEO/Analytics: GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush (or similar), GA4 basics.
CMS & Workflow: Shopify, Google Docs, Notion/Asana; basic Markdown/HTML.
Content Ops: Briefing, editing, version control, and deadline management.
