About the job
This is a six-month contractual position, concluding at the end of the term.
During the contract period, the job holder is required to work on-site, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Write blogs and case studies that highlight our QA services and showcase the impact of our solutions.
- Craft engaging short-form video scripts for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
- Simplify technical jargon into easy-to-understand language for clients, stakeholders, and a wider audience.
Technical Documentation:
- Create detailed documentation that provides insights into our QA processes, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure all technical content is accurate, clear, and aligned with industry standards.
AI Integration:
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or others) to streamline content ideation, drafting, and optimization.
- Experiment with AI-driven research tools to gather insights and data for content creation.
Research & Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in QA, software development, and technology.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure content is relevant, forward-thinking, and aligned with industry developments.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with QA engineers, the product team, and marketing to ensure accuracy and clarity in all content.
- Collaborate with video editors and designers to create visually appealing and engaging content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Technical Writer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of QA processes, software development, or related technical fields.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and research.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to write both detailed technical documents and engaging marketing content.
- Experience creating short-form video scripts or social media content is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work (e.g., blogs, case studies, technical documentation, or video scripts).
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
- Familiarity with video content platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar platforms.
- Passion for technology and staying ahead of industry trends.
