We are seeking talented Content Writer and Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and a strong understanding of digital content creation. This role involves not only writing high-quality content but also overseeing a team of content creators to ensure consistency and excellence across all content produced.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and create engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
Supervise a team of content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the quality and consistency of content.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content strategies and align content with brand messaging and goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content writing, SEO, and digital marketing to continually improve content strategies and execution.
Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in BBA/BBS, BSc Physics/Maths, Bachelors in Public Health/ BSc Staff nursing.
Proven experience as a content writer will be beneficial.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Candidates having knowledge related to AI tools like ChatGPT will be preferred.
