At Flint, we're on a mission to create content that informs, entertains, and reaches thousands of people across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and podcast platforms. We're looking for a Content Creator who knows how to keep content organized, optimized, and performing at its best.

If you're the type of person who notices trending audio before everyone else, enjoys crafting the perfect caption, and believes every great piece of content deserves to be seen - you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the driving force behind getting our content out into the world.
Schedule and publish content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Spotify Podcasts.
Write engaging titles, captions, descriptions, and hashtags.
Upload podcasts, long-form videos, Reels, Shorts, and Stories.
Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
Manage comments, messages, and build a positive online community.
Track content performance and suggest ways to improve results.
Work closely with our creative team to keep content flowing and on schedule.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is equal parts creative and organized.

You should have:

2–3+ years of experience managing social media or digital content.
Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcast platforms.
Experience using scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, Metricool, or similar.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
A passion for social media trends and creating content that people actually want to watch.

Bonus Points If You...

Have worked with creators, podcasts, or media brands.
Love analytics almost as much as creativity.
Have experience in finance, mortgages, or the property industry (nice to have, not essential).
