Duties and Responsibilities:

• Introduce the Inflight magazine in the market
• Maintain high standard of content for the readers; recommend, implement, and effectively use space for Advertisements 
• Maintain professional, internal, and external relationships that meets company core values
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content for Inflight Magazine, blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website
• Proofreading of the content for errors and inconsistencies
• Edit and polish existing content to improve readability
• Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content
• Write clear marketing copy to promote airline’s products/services
• Work closely with the magazine producer to deliver in-flight magazine as per deadline 
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for advertisements 
• Coordinate with ancillary advertising and design team to illustrate articles or content for flyers, brochures, social media posts and other offline and online channels
• Co-brand with different vendors to promote the airlines product/services
• Manage content and assist in graphics design posts for the website and social media channels
• Create catchy lines and posts for social media and work on all types of promotions 
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
• Update required offline and online content as needed
• Plan, prepare and deliver all commercial related events and press releases

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputed university in communications, marketing, journalism or preferably graduate from a reputed university with 4 years of working experience in related field
• Must possess good public relation aptitude and pleasant in speaking and etiquette
• Good command of written/spoken English and Nepali
• Team oriented and ability to work independently and under pressure 
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience in English and Nepali
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office usage
• A portfolio of published articles
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Nepali both
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently
• Effective communication skills
