We're looking for a Content Producer and Creative Director (Scripts, Shoots & Planning) to take full ownership of Neboer's content pipeline from writing scripts to planning shoots to managing the people, places, and budgets that make each piece of content happen.

Right now, content direction and shoot logistics sit informally with the founders. This role exists to take that off their plate and build a repeatable system for it.

You'll be the single point of ownership between "what should we make this month" and "here's the finished, edited content, on time and on budget."

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Creative Scripting: Write and develop scripts and concepts for reels, campaigns, and product content across Neboer Carry and Neboer Wears.
Content Planning: Build and maintain the monthly and weekly content calendar themes, formats, posting cadence, and channel mix across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the website.
Shoot Production: Run pre-production for every shoot: scheduling, model casting and booking, location scouting and booking, and coordinating with our in-house videographer and any external talent.
Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for shoots (locations, models, props, incidentals) and keep spend within approved limits.
Direction & Editing: Direct shoots on the day, and stay involved through post briefing editors, reviewing cuts, and hands-on editing yourself where needed.
Cross-team Collaboration: Work directly with founders and the design/marketing team to keep content aligned with brand identity, seasonal moments (e.g. Dashain, Tihar), and sales priorities.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Experience: 2–4+ years in content production, video/creative direction, or a similar hands-on creative-ops role - ideally in fashion, D2C, or social-first brands
Creative Range: Comfortable writing scripts and treatments, not just executing someone else's brief.
Production Skills: Track record of running shoots end-to-end - casting, locations, schedules, budgets-without heavy hand-holding.
Editing Familiarity: Working knowledge of editing (Premiere, CapCut, or similar) - enough to guide edits and jump in when needed.
Organized: Comfortable owning a monthly/weekly calendar and reporting on it-this is a planning role as much as a creative one.
Local Market Fit: Understanding of Nepal's social media landscape and what performs on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok locally.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands specifically.
Existing relationships with models, locations, or production talent in Nepal.
Comfortable being on camera occasionally for founder-led or behind-the-scenes content.
