  • Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, IT or Management
  • 2+ years of work experience in management, preferably ecommerce or technology industry
  • Good Decision Making, Analytical and Project Management Skills
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.). Must be Data Driven
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with different depts both locally as well as internationally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Adapts well to fast-paced working environment. SQL and data analysis knowledge preferred

Job Description

  • Manage a team of 6-7 content executives who would be uploading new assortment of products as well as enhancing the overall quality of existing product catalog available in Daraz
  • Manage and execute overall projects which would be part of content improvement in order to drive sales and conversion
  • Prepare a yearly content enhancement plan in co-ordination with dept head and execute accordingly.
  • Work on projects to improve overall content quality score
  • Build industry wise standard content guidelines for Daraz Sellers
  • You will be closely working with Image, Search and Commercial teams in order to identify and enhance overall product content
  • Complete ownership of all variables related to product content in Daraz
