Salary: 600 USD Equivalent for competent and deserving candidate

Job Description

• Edit scripts of a variety of subjects and of different academic levels that will be used in making video lessons.
• Quality check and plagiarism check the content of scripts to ensure that the subject matter is correct and original.
• Collaborate with content experts of various subjects and provide advice that will help improve the quality of scripts.
• Provide creative input to make video lessons more engaging and exciting for learners.
• Oversee the voice recording or video shoots of scripts to ensure correct and smooth narration of scripts.
• Review and quality check videos to suggest corrections to ensure the video lessons are of the best quality.
• Actively participate in team meetings and maintain cohesion with the rest of the English Editors.

• Masters degree preferably in Communications or English
• At least 3 years of work experience in a related field or position.
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to communicate effectively with various members of the organization
• Sense of responsibility for the deadlines and objectives of various projects
• Ownership of the quality of work that is expected of them
• Willingness to take up new roles and responsibilities when needed
• Organizational skills
