Job Description
Edit scripts of a variety of subjects and of different academic levels that will be used in making video lessons.
Quality check and plagiarism check the content of scripts to ensure that the subject matter is correct and original.
Collaborate with content experts of various subjects and provide advice that will help improve the quality of scripts.
Provide creative input to make video lessons more engaging and exciting for learners.
Oversee the voice recording or video shoots of scripts to ensure correct and smooth narration of scripts.
Review and quality check videos to suggest corrections to ensure the video lessons are of the best quality.
Actively participate in team meetings and maintain cohesion with the rest of the English Editors.
Job Specification
Masters degree preferably in Communications or English
At least 3 years of work experience in a related field or position.
Excellent command of English
Ability to communicate effectively with various members of the organization
Sense of responsibility for the deadlines and objectives of various projects
Ownership of the quality of work that is expected of them
Willingness to take up new roles and responsibilities when needed
