• Edit and publish 10-15 articles per day while leading the team of writers and researchers under the guidance of the Editorial Supervisor.
• Proofread and edit content, bringing it in line with the company’s style guideline.
• Analyze data and analytics, and seek to increase reader engagement and retention.
• Knowledge of SEO and industry best practices.
• Optimize published pieces using SEO guidelines
• Write a few Editorials and feature articles per month under the supervision of the Editorial Supervisor. 
• Look after the Content Update process and ensure publishing of quality updates.
• Keep track of frequently repeated issues, and engage in training and disciplinary actions for better performance of the team. 
• Work closely with fellow editors, writers, management, and other stakeholders to enhance overall content quality. 
• Work with the team in the formation of new categories in the magazine. 
• Prepare monthly performance reports of writers and other reports as per requirement.
