Eduki is looking for smart and creative individuals to join our team in Kathmandu. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about education and technology and have the courage to challenge and improve the current ways of teaching. You need to be a natural teacher who likes to explain difficult concepts in simple terms and approach the same problem from multiple dimensions.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Research course materials and pedagogy to develop a relevant and engaging learning plan for grade 8-10 math and science
• Work in the team to set learning goals for students and design overall course structure 
• Build a clear explanation for key concepts and implement the problem-first approach to learning 
• Create interesting and effective lecture videos and assessments
• Incorporate feedback from students and insights from subject matter experts  to continuously improve the offerings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or other STEM subjects
• Exceptional candidates with non-STEM bachelor's degree may be considered if they have taken math and science as major subjects in their 12th Grade
• At least two years of work experience in any field. Tutoring or mentoring experience is valued
• Critical thinker with a strong conceptual understanding of K-12 content (Math & Science)
• Natural speaker and storyteller with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
