Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
Creating daily story posts and video materials for Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok
Be up-to-date about the trends in the bakery industry worldwide.
Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics
Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic
Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans
Reply to customers on time and promptly for order handling
Work with the kitchen team to understand about the products and how we can portray it to customers in the best possible way
Edit photos, videos according to the content and brand's need
